In Toj an institution keeps its student body, curricula, timetable, gradebook, exams, tuition payments, documents and reports for government agencies — in one system, in three languages. Each institution has its own database, and updates reach everyone at once.
SIT stands for Системаи идоракунии таълим, Tajik for “education management system”.
Faculties, departments, groups and subgroups form a single structure. The student card holds the whole personal file, and enrolment, transfer and expulsion orders change the status and stay in the history.
The curriculum sets hours by class type, and the auto-scheduler lays them out across the semester. A room, teacher or group is never double-booked; group shifts and holidays are taken into account.
Teachers mark attendance and grade every class. Exam sessions, the question bank and online tests live in the same system, and topic assignments come with deadlines and review.
Certificates, orders and transcripts are built from the student card and printed with a QR code. State reporting forms are filled with system data — no manual copying into Excel.
All modules share the same data: enter a student once, and they appear in the gradebook, the cash desk and the reports right away.

A portal and app for students of institutions that run on Toj. Timetable, grades and assignments show up as soon as the college enters them, and certificates can be ordered without queuing at the academic office.
Notifications arrive on the phone: a new grade, a moved class, an online class starting, a new assignment, a reply to a request. Students choose which ones they get.

We design and build management systems, user portals and intranets. Example: SIT Toj — one codebase serves 13 institutions, each with its own database.

Ajoibot LLC is a software studio from Dushanbe, in business since 2011. Since 2018 we have been building and supporting SIT Toj, the Student.TJ portal and custom systems.
The servers are located inside the country. Each institution’s database is isolated from the others, and video classes run through our own server.
The system and the student portal work in Tajik, Russian and English. Every user picks their own language.
349 thousand lines of our own code in SIT Toj. We make changes for each institution ourselves, with no middlemen.
The audit log records who changed what and when. Passwords are stored only as hashes, and a backup is made every night.
Ajoibot LLC is a resident of the Dushanbe IT Park. The contract, support and liability rest with a Tajik legal entity.
